Postures during this COVID period have been many and varied.
Working from home can make you compromise postures that have been ergonomically arranged at your workplace.
At first you get away with it, however, over time the spinal problems creep in.
A massage here and there can help but can be temporary.
The spinal joint receptors change and you will require professional help at some time.
The receptors become programmed to keep you in that posture and it hurts, so, its our job as chiropractors to reset them.
In the picture above neither of the postures is best for you, The top posture still has the eyes looking down and hence the head will tilt eventually.
Best posture is at a desk at the correct height, screen at eye level.
