Juicing today is much different to how it was originally imagined. The simple morning orange juice has been updated to vegetable style juices and for good reason. The orange juice used to taste good as well as thinking that the fresh nutrients were beneficial. Well, there are better juices now and hence the research shows that if you juice daily and specifically juice a certain way you increase your lifespan and prevent a lot of diseases.

If you did nothing else to your heath plan and just juiced you would get away with not getting a lot of diseases. Juicing alkalizes you blood and tissues and also adds thousands of nutrients most normal diets or even a multivitamin will ever give you.

The amazing chemical cocktail in a juice is truly amazing.

IMPORTANT : Don’t do fruit only juices, they ruin your gut health, by feeding sugars to the bad bacteria. Instead the juice plan is mainly vegetables.

These are my top daily juices:

Red
Beetroot, Carrot, Apple

Green
Kale or spinach, Lemon, Apple

Just alternate these juices and do daily you will certainly be on your way to preparing your body for preventing disease.
