It was thought that exercising gives you a euphoric feeling from the exercise chemicals made, however, what we know now its the brain function that improves and gives you that feeling.
You may eat healthy, however, that’s not enough. You must move a lot daily and vigorously. The more you do then the more your brain remains healthy and overall health improves.
