Do this ..
DO NOT EAT :
- Anything containing wheat (Bread, cereals, biscuits, Pasta)
- From a Cow – (Milk or cheese)
Eat lots of:
- Aspargus
- Onion
- Leek
- Saukraut
- Kiwi Fruit
Eat anything else you want and watch what happens.Try and keep away from processed foods in packets, they that contain addictive foods.
If you stop inflammation in the body by not eating whats mentioned above then you become less hungry.
Then you eat foods that feed the good bacteria, they will control your hunger also.
Add some moderate exercise (walking) 30 mins 4 times a week.
