Caring for your spine and to help prevent spinal arthritis should be your main health priority.

As we age there are many joint issues that could have been prevented.

The majority of surgeries undertaken in the hospital system is for joint problems. The Orthopaedic Surgeon is always busy.

Gravity puts a lot of pressure on our spines and any faulty postures are like a computer software program. You are literally writing new software for your spine daily depending on how you look after it.

Here are some simple ways to undo your daily postures, picking one should be sufficient :

1. Swim freestyle stroke daily 

2. Do yoga 3 times per week 

3. Get your spine adjusted by a chiropractor regularly

If you do just one of these above you are helping your spine immensely by preventing spinal arthritis.

If you do all 3 you will have an excellent spine for life.
