There are many exercises to do to strengthen your back, however, The Superman exercise is the best. It should be done slowly and you don’t need to do many repetitions.
This exercise can prevent many back problems from developing.
Do the exercise on the breath out.
1. Get comfortable on the floor.
2. Take a deep breath in.
3. Then as you breathe out raise your arms and legs slowly as in the picture above.
4. Repeat 5 times, rest 1 minute then do another 5 times.
5. Do only 3 times a week (don’t do any more than 3 times a week)
