PLEASE let me Explain…
The last email I sent discussed WEIGHT MANAGEMENT and I apologise for its complexity. This was issued to practitioners, however, I wanted you to understand the complexity that goes into understanding and correcting complex issues like Weight Management.
So, I will summarise all you have to know below. I have discussed some of these mechanisms in the past newsletters. However here we go :
1 DESTROY THE BAD GUT BACTERIA
Starve them by not feeding them any sugars.
2 INTRODUCE GOOD GUT BACTERIA
Eat Kefir, Sauerkraut, fermented foods like Olives
3 FEED THE GOOD BACTERIA
Green vegetables, Onions, garlic, Asparagus ( eats lots and lots of these daily)
4 STOP INFLAMMATION OF THE GUT
Stop eating Gluten (anything made from wheat – bread, pasta, biscuits), stop eating anything from a cow (milk, cheese), take turmeric powder a few times per week (excellent anti- inflammatory food).
I understand alot of you will say I cant do this because I like eating my wheat bread, my wheat pastas etc, however the research is compelling now and the results I have seen in people is amazing.
Its ok to eat Gluten free bread and pastas. Its ok to eat milk or cheeses from sheeps or goats milk.
