This SIMPLE and easy exercise can automatically correct a lot of back problems if done correctly.
Most of our daily activities are done flexing and moving forwards, so it’s a great idea to do this exercise once per day as a preventative and a strengthen exercise.
Rest in each position for 5 seconds and repeat the exercise 5-10 times, and do each day.
